jinenglish68's: Are you saying for yourself and for all of those that believe this doctrine, that in order for you to keep your faith in your beliefs you must ignore logic?

Marvin: Do you mean that you believe in deities? The scriptures teach that their is only one true god. That's a nice way of describing that doctrine to the weak minded, but according to the definition of your belief, all three are EQUAL. I'm pretty sure that I am not exactly equal to my mother and father.

Tim: How many christian gods do you worship? So far you've named three.

Earl: If you believe that God is above Jesus, by defintion you do not believe in the doctrine of the Holy Trinity.

No, I don't believe in the trinity because it is not a Bible teaching. Jesus can't be god AND the mediator between God and men. It wouldn't make sense. Jesus is not God. He never claimed to be God. At John 17:3, he called his Father the ONLY true God. At John 3:17, the Bible clearly says that God sent his son into the world. It did not say He came himself.

The trinity is a man-made doctrine that goes against the Bible's true teachings. Jehovah has no equal. He is the Most High. (Ps. 83:18) Jesus is not God; he is the Son of God. (John 10:36)

There is NO Bible verse that says God is composed of 3 co-equal, co-eternal "persons." Go ahead and look. You won't find it.

Jesus is not G-d. There is no such thing as the trinity. This was made up by the church about 300 years after Jesus's death-at the Nicea Council. They made alot of changes in Christianity then, to make it more ''tolerable'' to people.

There is no G-d but G-d. There never has been, nor will there ever be.

I believe in Jesus. I believe in the holy spirit. I, however, put God, one God, God the creator of all, the God of the 10 commandements, above all else.

yes, I believe in THE DEITY. there is GOD, THE FATHER, JESUS CHRIST THE SON, and THE HOLY GHOST - HOLY SPIRIT. this was explained to me this way. your dad is separate from your mom and you. your mom is separate from your dad and you. you are separate from your dad and mom. all three of you are connected by family ties and a relationship which can never be separated or broken. thus it is with the relationship of THE DEITY. ALL are separate yet ALL are a part of EACH OTHER.
