The pain may chronic, but what is causing the pain? Check with your doctor about what is wrong. Your doctor may prescribe some physical therapy. The therapists should be able to give you exercises you can do on your own.

Chronic Back Pain can be a tricky area.

You need to be cautiously careful with the exercise level while trying to encourage as much stretch to the area as possible.

Like toothache pain, backpain is a pain all its own.

Try looking under backpain.com to see if can find any helps there.
