Without a search and just an opinion? I do not believe the person donated to would have much of a potential for being framed, the DNA of the donated organ is not going to match the DNA of the person it is going into.
You do mention donated hair and soft tissue. If anything, these may lead back to the now dead person. So, if I were able to get most of my body rebuilt from donated organs and stuff, could I do anything I want and frame all of the dead people? Expecially if I only let them conirm my DNA via a blood or saliva sample?

No, because the patient receiving the organs would have the perfect alibi, its not just a case of going to theatre and then off home, they would be in hospital for weeks, and then the DNA off two people are not the same, that's why the recipient would need anti-rejection medicines like cyclosporin or tacrolimus.
The police aren't that stupid anyway.

In theory not, although in the blood stream of the recipient could appear a small percentage of donor cells. the DNA (checked only from blood) in this case appear mixed. But in case of bone marrow transplant all the white cells of the recipient show the DNA of the donor, so if you check the DNA (from blood) yes what you see is only the DNA of the donor...and you could be in trouble.....

Transplanted organs are only a close match - nobody has the same DNA that is why you have to take anti-rejection drugs daily for lifetime of transplant.
So the answer would be no!!!!

Once some one has a transplant like that, it would not be possible to make any 100% directives from any DNA taken.

a reliable shaggy dog tale yet i'm afraid it really is extremely somewhat authentic. The politicians use their brains for determining the thanks to debris round their prices and they do no longer use it even as thinking the welfare of the undesirable tax payers. I smiled at it although.
