Make yourself lists. Write down who you need to buy for, what you are planning on buying, and what stores you need to go to. Keep it with you whenever you plan on doing Christmas shopping and check items off as you go along. Lists are the best way of keeping organized.

Definately make a list. I'd add the name, the gift you're thinking of buying each person and the estimated cost. That way you can keep a tally of how much you think you'll spend and if you need to rethink gift ideas. Check also to see if you have any presents from last year still in the house that you bought and forgot who they were for. As a final thought, I tend to keep a couple of small, general pressies in the house in case of an emergency (very useful if you end up in more than one Secret Santa list for example)

Make a list and try using baskets. Get the number of baskets you need for everyone then go down your list and put a list for each person in a basket. Then take all the list and go shopping. Once you return all you have to do is place the individual items in the baskets and wrap.
Ideas for baskets;
Pedicure - Manicure items- file, polish, buffer, foot soak
Movie items - popcorn, candy, sodas, a blockbuster gift card
Cooking- Type up recipe (on nice paper) get the ingredients and put the in the basket.
Good Luck!

Make a list of the individuals you are buying for. Alphabetize this list. I would put the names on excel and write in each present next to the persons name. Keep this sheet on a clipboard. I wrap my presents either that night or the next night so I don't have to do them all at once. Keep the tape, nametags, and wrapping paper on a table and do it when you get a second. Good luck!

Make a list. And consider simplifying. Don't just by a lot of junk. Give gifts to charity in the name of others. Check out great opportunities for doing that at the web site for the Episcopal Church. It is their world Relief and Development effort. You can give a gift of sheep or chickens to poor farmers, for example. It is a great way to make your list a lot easier, and a lot more meaningful. People will respect you for having this spirit of love for others and making them a part of it at Christmas.
