There is no "best" person on Earth. That's just silly. Everyone is good at a different combination of things in different ways for different reasons. Even if you're only the best at breathing the air that you happen to be breathing at this moment you're still the best.

That's a very personal question. The people I think are the best on Earth are my children. They give me love unconditionally, they comfort me when I am upset, they make me laugh uncontrollably, and they make life worth living.

Every man to his own opinion said the farmer when he kissed his cow as there are so many good people one needs to consider. should have asked your question as to who is the best person in your country for politics, religion, art, war, music and other classifications to narrow the field to a certain extent.
