PEANUT BUTTER BALLS
1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup sugar
1 cup peanut butter
6 cups corn flakes
Bring corn syrup and sugar to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for ONLY 3 minutes (any longer the balls will be hard).
Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter. Pour over corn flakes and mix. Wait a few minutes, then roll into balls.

Peanut Butter Balls are the greatest!!
This is my favorite recipe...
1 cup creamy or chunky style peanut butter
1 cup powdered milk
1-1/4 cups confectioners' sugar
1 cup honey
In a medium bowl, combine the peanut butter, powdered milk, sugar and honey. Pull off walnut-sized pieces, roll into balls and set on waxed paper. Refrigerate until firm.
Makes 24 to 30 balls.
An alternative is to dip the balls in melted milk chocolate enough to cover all but a dime size amount on top. These are known as "buck-eyes". Also super delicious!!!

Here is the best and the easiest:
you will need:
1 stick softened butter
2 cups creamy peanut butter
4 cups confectioner sugar
24oz semi sweet chocolate chips
half a stick paraffin wax
Mix butter,Pb and sugar together with blender until well mixed
Roll into balls of the size you like(it may help if you refrigerate the mixture a little )
In double boiler or sauce pan melt paraffin wax then add chocolate chips stir until all melted
Dip Pb balls into melted chocolate and then put on wax paper and cool in fridge.
They are best when refrigerated at least 3 hours.
HOPE YOUR NEPHEW ENJOYS THEM!!!
