Ray was a good Christian man, who did alot for children.

One last note about Ray Rayner - He participated in what's known as the 'Great Escape' from WWll Nazi prison-camp. Ray was not chosen as an escapee, however he did help remove the dirt from the escape tunnels, and discretely dumped the dirt in the prison yard.

Really, I never knew that and I reserached his bio! It was really a part that! Wow.

I remember Ray Rayner in Chicago on WGN. He did both Bugs Bunny and Dick Tracey then he took over Bozo for a while.

I remember some of the cartoons, not necessarily christmas ones.

I was more of a fan of Frazier Smith and Garfield Goose.

One thing I do remember was there was a lot of great classic animation, including those from other countries. Today cartoons are comic strips with vocies behind them!
