Morrisons by far.
But even cheaper are Aldi and Lidl. Don't go all snobby now!
Aldi and Lidl stock German and Dutch products and the German and Dutch peoples do not stand for rubbish. The prices are incredible, but you have to pay for your shopping bags, which you do in the long run anyway at the other hypermarkets with the higher prices they charge.

Well I think on the whole it's Morrisons but you need to check a whole basketload to get a difference. One or two lines may be cheaper but others may be more expensive. You also have to compare like for like. Sometimes the packaging amounts are different making it harder to judge. The quality of food is better in Sainsbury's in my opinion but again that's on the stuff I buy so.....??

Morrisons is definitely cheaper - but Sainsburys is a much nicer shopping experience.

Morrisons is cheaper then Sainsburys. You get what you pay for as i think the quality of the food in Sainsbury's is better then that of Morrisons.
The other plus is that you can earn necter points at Sainsbury's so it almost feels like you get something back for nothing!!!!!

I think that it depends on what you are buying or some items Sainsbury's will be cheaper and on others Morrisons will be. So i think that you are both right

ah, i think it is Morrison's, but because it is cheaper you tend to spend more there because all the things tend to be a bargain. So you go into sainsburys wanting 2 things and come out with those two things only, but go to Morison's (and adsa also fits into this theory of mine) with loads of different things, and have spent a hell of a lot more that you originally meant to.

It has to be Morrisons i used to go there when i used to be skint and thier own brand stuff cost literally pennies and at the end of the day they have a lot of reductions.
Also if you can, take advantage of the salad bar where you can fit as much in a tray as you can, i used to ask them for some stickers first so i could tape it all in lol.
