Now I have to make a decision about the "best" answer. They gave me no perameters. What to do?

I am on level 6. It takes a long time but it was fun. Yes, I believe that their are greater responsibilities once you get off level 1. By now you are finding out if you enjoy helping others, and you should do so with out ridiculing people. Not everyone on the higher levels take their responsibilities serous but luckily that is only a few. Answer to the best of your abilities and you will move up to the higher levels in no time.

Rights are universal and unchanging, so the question erroneously assumes that your rights as a level 2 are greater than those you had as a level 1.

yes you have to be wiser ( try not to slip levels that is bad ) and ratings have to be done well
