Firstly, you should be aware that you can have your stamp transferred to a new ZA passport, if you wish, instead of changing your nationality status.

If you wish to apply for citizenship, you need to apply using form AN from the UK Immigration and Nationality Directorate : http://www.ind.homeoffice.gov.uk/6353/11406/guideandforman.pdf

There is no restriction from the UK on having dual nationality: http://www.ind.homeoffice.gov.uk/applying/nationality/advice/bn18

However you will lose your South African citizenship upon attaining UK citizenship unless you make a prior application to the South African government to retain it:

Hopefully you should now be able to find everything you need to know.

Your visa information will be transfered to your new passport. Try getting hold if the SA Embassy here about getting a new one. A friend of mine applied for her citizenship here and wanted to keep her SA Passport, she had to write to the Home Affairs in SA and state why she wanted to keep her passport in SA. You can apply for citizenship now.

what you observed it isn't any longer noted as a " visa waiver " and neither is that a " visa" -its in basic terms a " stamp" which conffers go away to circulate into for six months. once you got here from US and arrived in Dublin, you will desire to have been stamped and an IRL stamp would desire to be contemporary on your passport. once you arrived to uk from IRL to uk, you ought to not get a stamp as passengers who arrive from Rep of eire do no longer come via Immigration administration. so as that's superb. Why do you like a uk stamp you will desire to ask your self? so as which you have 6 months in uk? i do no longer recommend you " exiting" and " re get right of entry to" to uk an afternoon later to get carry of that stamp. The immigration good will in basic terms ask you approximately IRL and uk. you will desire to fairly attempt to legalise your stay right here - in case you opt to stay longer. playstation This sentence of yours isn't sensible. Immigration would suspect that i desire the Visa stamped in so as that i will get an interview and alter my prestige to something extra long term or everlasting and are sure to inquire from me, so
