Yes, I've given blood twice.
The first time, I felt a little woozy, but I pumped a whole pint in less than 7 minutes! The second time, I drank some juice and I was fine. No adverse effects!
Yes, I give blood every chance I get between getting new tattoos. One pint of blood can save three people!

I gave blood last year in highschool. I thought it was a very good idea, thoughtful, and overall just an excellent idea. It was my first and only time of ever giving blood. Immediately following the removal of the blood and then the needle i felt completely horrible. The room started to black out on me and i knew there was nothing i could do. I blacked out for probably 5 seconds, enough time for the nurse to lean me back and let blood rush to my brain. It was a horrible experience and could potentially happen to anyone. I would be very weary If i was you. Now that ive had that experience, i encourage you to think twice about donating.

I've given blood loads of times. Needles don't bother me though. You might feel a little whoosy afterwards but not always. I'll be giving blood again next week. If you can stomach it and don't have a fear of needles then go for it, you'll feel better about yourself afterwards.

Yes, I have given many times, and felt totally normal afterwards. I know some people feel woozy, but they are few and far between. I have been rejected in teh past year because my iron levels were not high enough for their standards. This may happen, and if it does, it's nothing to worry about--it's actually very common, especially among females.

Yes, I have and I feel good after wards. Yes, and I do give it again. I am a regular blood donor and have been sense 2002 or 2003. The very first time a gave, after I had given, I felt a little weak, but it did not last long. They give you things to eat and drink after wards, like coke, Dr. pepper to drink and snake cakes or cookies to eat. Now when I give, it seems to make me feel better after I have given blood. It also makes me feel good that, by giving blood, I might have helped to save a life.

I've given blood a couple of times. I recently have been donating plasma. You can give blood every 45-50 days. You can give plasma twice a week.
