that is in fact, a load. a stream of urine forking can be caused by anything from the shape of the opening of the urethra to urinary tract problems. hygenics does not enter into it when talking about a stream of urine, since at no point does the dirt on the flesh have a chance to affect it, since the stream of urine is contained within the body until the last possible microsecond, at which point it is expelled with enough force to knock any bits of dirt, etc out of the way.

Nothing to do with being unhygenic,it,s just the way it wants to come out,in younger men it happens after sex. Bit embarrassing when you go to the loo {even worse if it,s not your own loo ] and one go,s over the floor and the other over the seat. Best to sit down to pee to avoid this.

Did you mean "pee". I just looked over Urban dictionary and indeed, http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=wee that's the way the British spell this word.

I am afraid it has more to do with some urinatory bladder problems (internal in body) and sometimes, when the person is overweight or clumsy, but unhygienic no way it's no relation.
