I love tea, too, and I drink all kinds: caffeinated and herbal. I use bagged teas, and loose leaf teas, both. Loose leaf teas are really good and stronger than bagged teas. They sell them usually at small coffee shops or tea shops. You can, of course, also get them online. My personal favorites are Earl Grey, Darjeeling, and Green Tea. (All three have caffeine.) Green tea has lots of antioxidants that help the body fight off free radicals that can cause illnesses, like cancer. IT IS NOT A CURE, it just helps cleanse the body.

For quick bagged teas that are easy to find, I also like Lady Grey and Orange & Spice. But I like those sort-of spiced flavors.

With herbal teas, the prepackaged kinds are fine, but not very strong. Stores like Wild Oats have great herbal teas. But I found out I am allergic to Chamomile, so if you have any allergies, be careful of herbal ones because they use a lot of flowers in their teas.

i does no longer concentration on tea, i could concentration on your stress stages. you already know, what's inflicting them, the thank you to get rid of the different beverages that would desire to be contributing to them, according to probability some rest suggestions, or some workout. yet once you relatively desire to start eating tea, get a sampler %. at a food market and attempt hundreds out. There are the teas that come from the tea plant, camelia sinensus that's offered in lots of oxidative varieties. Black tea, green tea, oolong tea, white tea, etc. in addition they arrive flavored. Then there are the caffeine loose teas that are no longer from the tea plant. those can me mint, hibiscus, rooibos, honeybush, fruit teas, jasmine tea (vegetation), etc etc. word: assorted those teas won't style sturdy off the bat, yet they advance on you slowly.

Emporers garden is a good brand that has a great range of teas. They have an especially good wildberry & echinacea tea.

Also:
cammomile
rosehip
peppermint
green (many people don't like it, maybe try it mild at first)
green chai with cinnamon (even if you don't like plain green tea)
lemon tea
orange tea
cranberry & ...something. Mixture teas are generally nice (though not the peach one, I found).
dandelion

I do know that green tea helps with weight loss. Green tea speeds your metabolism which means you lose more fat. Just don't add sugar or milk to your tea because it will cancel out the weight loss effect.
