If you are legally in this country than you can't be deported unless you break a law. If one parents breaks a law they would be the only person deported, you could stay here with your other parent. If both parents break a law and are deported, I'm not sure. As a legal resident you may be allowed to stay here and be in foster care or with other legal relatives, but you may be deported as well.

If you are not part of the deportation order you could stay with a family member that is legal in the country. If you are part of the deportation order you have to go with them. Good luck.

Since you are all here legally, unless both of your parents have done something criminal that qualifies them for deportation, you should be fine.
If you have a relative who lives here legally, you may be able to stay with them.

Your parents wont be deported to Cuba ,unless they are found to be criminals or a threat to this nation.
They are not illegal aliens due to the immigration policy regarding Cubans.

If you are in our country illegally, be thankful that we only deport you. In many other countries, you'd be sent to jail.
Go home and come back through the proper channels.

What is you status? Do you have US citizenship or permanent residence?
How old are?
If you are a child (under 18) with sometype of legal status, you can go with them or your parents can turn custody of you over to a relative who has status.
If you are over 18 without or without status your case will be treated individually.
Add details so I can better help.

file for asylum, i thought that if you reached shore youre ok. since cuba is an oppressive communistic totalitarian paradise (for thugs anyway). you should have a good case for asylum, if you are fearful of your life should you be forced to return.

Depends on your age, if you are Cuban born, not a US citizen, and under 18, you will have to go, too.
