need to know how much in taxes and any other monies out out of 17.5 million we receive 7 million after attorney what part of taxes are we liable for

Sounds like a scam (do you know the parties you are dealing with?). Maybe you should go to www.snopes.com and search to see if it's a known scam. Or just google some of the information. Proceed with caution. At a minimum, find an attorney that will give you a free consult to ask a few questions.

No US estate or income taxes on foreign inheritances. Future income you earn on money will be taxed on your 1040 assuming you invest some instead of spending it. Any foreign estate taxes will come out before you get it. As to how much ask the foreign attorney since you are paying him a big fee and deserve advice. But the whole thing sounds like a scam.
