I hate not knowing what to eat for breakfast. Today I decided to have a small hot chocolate and a plain donut. Was it a good choice for someone who wants to eat healthy and loose weight. I hate Yogurts and fruits in the morning do not fill me up. Any other dietary suggestions for breakfast???

A small hot chocolate and a plain donut is not a healthy breakfast at all! Try substituting your hot chocolate for coffee or tea, and your donut to fruit, or even a bagel (without cream cheese or butter, instead use organic peanut butter for protein!). A cheese omelete is not healthy either! Cheese is all fat! Try making an all egg-white omlette (no egg yolks!), and put vegetables or meat in it, that way you are eating a healthy nutritional breakfast which is high in protein and low in fat. This breakfast will stay with you because it has alot of protein!

Well a small cheese omelet would be better. You need a bit of protein to kick start your metabolism and keep you going until lunch. The plain donut contains no nutritional value and the hot chocolate is just as bad. You need to get fruit and yogurt in your diet because it is so good for you!

The omelete is more nutrient dense - meaning that there are more vitamins and minerals (good stuff) for you in the omelete than there is in the donut.

However, the omelete may be more calories.

You aren't getting "filled up" in the morning because you arent getting enough protein in your food. Therefore, something like the omelete would be a better choice.

I think that you should have had the cheese Omelet for breakfast because it is the healthiest... And other breakfasts that you can eat in the morning r ( CE RIAL OR A SANDWICH with wheat bread ) this is very healthy

no a donut was not a good choice. maybe you could try to make egg omletes buy a small piece of lean ham and cub it and add it to your omelet as well as veggies. or there are also cereals try to find a cereal with high dietery fiber 3-4 grams is a good choice. the fiber is what will fill you up, its not the fat and sugar.

I would prefer coffee and cheese omelet. Visibly the omelet appears more and you can vary the filling with almost anything.

Try two poached eggs with rye toast and sliced tomato and a cup of mint tea.

Oh by the way, open your appetite with a grapefruit.

And finish the lot with a glass of water.

there's egg white omelets with tomatoes, onions and cilantro, toasted bagel with lite cream cheese, healthy cereals(look for calories about 100 and sugar amount under 25) with fat free milk, turkey bacon with lettuce, tomato on multigrain bread .

egg omlet is healthier, but you need that fruit, try both, even a donut and fruit is better than just bread and fat(contents of a donut).
