You can buy transfer paper at any computer supply store like Staples or Best Buy for example. There are two kinds, one for light colored clothing and one for dark. They are not applied the same way so read the directions. Basically you print the image using your printer onto the transfer paper. You MIGHT have to print it in reverse (mirror image) so again READ the directions. Then you use an iron to heat the image and shirt and transfer it to the material. TRY IT with a scrap first to avoid spoiling a good shirt! Have fun and good luck!

(1). Get your image
(2). Print your image on an inkjet printer (reverse the image because it will come out the wrong way around otherwise) onto Tee Shirt Transfer paper (available from PC World or Staples)
(3) Iron the transfer onto the shirt.

If you make your drawing out of special fabric crayons (as described in the link), and the hoodie is polyester, you can just iron it on. This will be a true dye, rather than a paint or silkscreen or the like, so it won't change the texture or feel of the fabric.
