Hi,
I'm thinking of doing part time MBA and asking my employer to sponsor it.
Can someone suggest me a way to speak to my higher autorities in my company in a way that they cannot refuse my request?

Like how helpful it would be for the company to sponsor me, what I can contribute towards the company after my degree etc etc.
Any ideas are welcome and would be much appreciated.

My employers are quite a big IT/consultancy company.
Financially well off (as far I know ha ha ha).

Thanks.

The best thing is to talk to your human resources person for more information on them sponsoring you for your MBA. Explain how you can combine the MBA knowledge with the IT knowledge on how it could benefit the clients. Good luck!
