well it's the guy that should make the first move..it's not right for the girl to kiss the guy if the guy doesn't want to kiss her.

All you gotta do is reach over and give him a sweet peck on the lips. Nothing too messy, just a nice peck no tongue yet. Oh and don't tighten your lips, make sure your lips are relaxed. Good luck
