why my roseonline did'nt work?

Im from Philippines i have my own cd of roseonline and i downloaded all patches and install it but still it did'nt work ..
It say "cannot check the latest versions."...
why please answer my concern

Last time i knew, ROSE online was down because of upgrades.. it has been down for a long time..

i heard the next time it's up.. they will make you pay a monthly fee to use it :(

try ragnarok online.. it's similar but not 3D..
