I am incredibly strong but I want more muscle to show for all the hard work I put in. How do you bulk up safely and when should I work out?

I would say using a steroid such as sustanon. I know a lot of people who worked out and tried everything but still saw no results hardly. One person took one cycle of Sustanon 250 and put on 20 lbs of muscle in 5 weeks. When he got off of the cycle he only lost about 5-7 lbs of the muscle he gained. It was unbeleivable. It is not expensive if you compare it to how much you would spend on creatine, protein shakes etc. You can pass a drug test on it also because it is testosterone and your body allready produces it. Where to get it? Look around at the gym. ALL the big guys are on it. No matter what they claim.

simple answer that all trainers have told me is for people who want to bulk up in the gym.Do less reps and heavier weight. Then yes you should eat more protien to retain and gain muscle.
btw don't listen to anyone about taking any type of steroids. First off they are ilegal but more so you should be concerned with the bad effects. They make you break out and have horendus acne, even if it's not on your face, a lot of times it's on your back. Another thing noticable to whomever you're gonna be intamate with, it makes your "area" smaller. and it basically just really messes you up. At the end of the day you want to feel proud and accomplished of what you've done. you don't want to feel you owe it to the steriods cause there's no pride in that and they can destroy your life. You don't want to be looking good soely for others, you should want to look good to your own standards not only based on what other people think of you. You won't be happy that way and you'll always think you can do better. You have no idea how the people who take steriods really feel, even if they tell you they're happy otherwise, they wouldn't be if they felt the need to take drugs.don't be dependant on that. I'm sure you are a strong person. Believe in yourself, educate yourself and you will be happy.

dont just eat anything. you need protein (shakes, meat, etc). you also need to do at least 3 sets of 15 reps at a high weight. (more weight less reps = muscle, less weight more reps = tone)

however, never workout the same muscles 2 days in a row. this actually weakens the muscle bc it continues to tear at it. muscle is built by tearing away at it and then as it grows back to mend the tear that is when it becomes larger. (u can do upper body one day = arms, shoulders, torso, then the next day do lower = abs, legs)

another way to appear more muscular is to lose weight (u might not need to) but any weight on top of the muscle hides it a bit. the more lean u are = the more muscle showing. thus looking bigger :)

PS dont go the steroid way.....its proven to hurt the boys (if ya know what i mean)

Want my real advice? Don't bulk up. In fact, try to slim down even further if you can. The less power you flaunt, the more people will be surprised when they see/experience it, and the less predictable you will be (say, in a fight).

If impressing people is more important than your actual strength, though, I suppose you need to get on a diet and work out. But I'd say strength gained without mass is better than strength gained with mass.

God bless.

Eat more protein and healthy food.
Eat in a consecutive way and continually. Never eat so many foods at one time. But eat just a little by little with a time distance.
Supplements are not that good you know? It could give you a side effect when you get older, i.e : tumor, heart failing, etc. Better you do in a very natural way with meats, eggs, and all the rest of protein sources.
