how do i do a diet when my family is always bring junk home espically when tring to do a diet i tried to tell them they would tell dont eat it or wouldnt listen im 47 kilos (103 pounds) iam about 146 tall im 13

I was at a salad bar and a boy about 9 years came in by himself and bought salad with some change. He said that he likes salad. So you can do that too.

what u need to do is eat the jr cheese burger with no fries and a water when they bring home that kind of food. Have one piece of pizza not two and eat in small snacks all throughout the day. Take a snack or two to school and eat 5 meals not 3.(ps meals need to b small) its the safest most fufilling diet you can go on. Also you should ask your mom if you can jog in the mornings (w/ or withouht her) for about 15 minutes. If you do you will lose weight but don't over exert yourself if you do you will get a stomach ache

Are you ok!You are perfect...You don't need a diet...If you are afraid that you might put some kilos on just workout-do some simple but effective exercises-mostly for your stomache and the inside part of the hips (couse women are getting fats there)

Just cos you are trying to loose weight douse not mean that the rest of the family cant enjoy there junk food,thy are not asking you to eat it.I gave up smoking a year ago my best friend is still smoking it just made me more determine to do it so come on where is your willpower

i see junk food everyday, and im still dieting. if you really wanna lose weight, you wont have the urge to eat it.

Mabey when ur mom goes shopping for food u can go w/ her and get sum healthy food,or just ask her when she goes shopppin
