By the end of Bible story?
Judas who betrayed Jesus committed suicide long before...the other eventually died, Revelation was the last book written by John...
By the end of this system? All are alive (except Judas) they are in heaven as part of the 144,000 who are helping Jesus as co-rulers...as kings and high priests for God's kingdom.

In India, there's a statue for Thomas, who was skinned alive. Peter, of course, was crucified upside down. Every single one except for John was martyred. John had stayed with Jesus throughout his trial and crucifixion. He had already been faithful unto death.

The ones who weren't crucified or beheaded opened a coffee house. I think Joni Mitchell sang there a few times, as did Dr John.
