Let's see....
1 liter=1000 ml
1000ml=4 cups water
1 cup=8 oz
32 oz=1 liter
32x3=96 oz

Space out the water. Try dividing it into three 1 liter bottles and carry one with you while at work, school,...Good luck cuz that's alot of water....

Everybody's encouraged to drink as much water as they like. 3 liters is equal to about 100 oz, meaning that you should drink at least 12 cups of water each day. And, you should start off your day by drinking 2 cups of water (consireding that one cup contains 8 oz).

3 liters = 101.442068 US fluid ounces.
Depending on your weight it's not dangerous to drink 3 liters of water in a day. Just don't try to drink it at once.
And don't worry. If you balance the load through out the day you will not have any problems.
