5' 4'' and a 100 lbs? You don't need to loose weight! Just exersice because it's good for the body, not because you want to loose weight. If you loose too much weight, you look like one of those stick thin models in a magazine, like you're addicted to heroine or something.... I think women with a little meat on their bones looks better than a stick wearing Armani.

i dont think there's any fool proof way to lose weight. everyone's got a different body type so you need to find the right kind of fitness regime for your body. personally, i used to jump rope regularly thinking i could lose weight but it didn't really work so dramatically for me. mainly it gave me a good cardio workout and improved my stamina. i think that jumping rope definitely gives you a total body workout but you have to combine it with some weight sessions for maximum results. im not really an expert on this but perhaps you could approach a trainer at your local gym for some pointers.

2 words. Cardio Vascular.

You need to do cardio vascular exercises to improve you endurance and overall fitness. No need to lose weight. Skinny enough.

I always say. Give me a woman I can hold!

You don't need to loose weight , you need to work out longer or more often. Stamina is built on muscle not weight.
