Have one off the wrist before you go out. No seriously !
It'll trick your brain into thinking you've already got the prize and then you wont be so testosterone filled and looking needy
Chill you out and make you less nervous. You'll look more relaxed to her, impressive

This is what has worked for me in the past cos I get really nervous too. Basically I pretend to myself that it isn't really a date, I'm just going to meet someone, like a friend or something. Don't let yourself worry about what she (I presume she, statistically) will think of you, cos it doesn't matter cos you are you. It's the pressure of expectation, of wondering whether I will like the person that makes me nervous, so if you play down the importance of all these things in your head, and be confident in yourself then you will be more relaxed. Hope that makes sense.

I think the only way to do it is to keep things real. Don't pretend to be something your not as you want this person to like you for who you are, if you pretend you're something else you will just have to keep up the pretence. There is no need to be nervous when you are being you.
Be yourself, have fun and enjoy the night. Make sure you listen to them, and don't keep talking about yourself. Ask questions about them and I'm sure You'll get on great. Good luck!!

Here is something I always do when I am nervous about a date with a woman or anything in my life that is stressing me out. Go to the gym and work out vigorously. Besides the obvious health benefits of athletic activity, it is also a great stress reliever. You go to the date and anything in life relaxed and more confident.

best way visualize in your head thats she is going to look beautiful an absolute stunner and your going to get very lucky tonight. and tonight when you do meet her kiss her on the lips and tell her how good she looks. but dont be too calm, nerves are ok and expected she'll be nervous too.

have a decent meal then your tummy doesn't rumble or you feel sick with nerves, put on your fave songs when getting ready, wear clothes that you look good in but also feel confident in and the other person is probably as nervous as you, just be yourself and think before you talk you don't want to sound stupid through nerves, good luck and have a great time

She/He is probably nervous too. Reherse a little. Know what you want to talk about (a little about yourself). Be ready to ask questions that you really want to know the answer to, then things will begin to flow. But know what your intro will be, and what your first question or 2 for them will be. Tell her you're a little nervous, and really interested in her. Ask her a question that she knows a lot about, and that you know at least a little about.

Don't think about it as you being nervous about the date. Think about it as being excited instead. You're excited because you're going on a date with a woman you like and you're really looking forward to it.
It's not nerves at all is it? You want to jump up and down with excitement really don't you? ;)

Have a drink before you go to calm your nerves. Don't get hammered though and remember to brush your teeth before the date so that she doesn't think you've got a drink problem.
