Amongst all the countries in the middle east Israel is still and will lways be the big boy. They have a huge expenditure on the military in terms of personnel and research which pakistan can never match. Better still the IDF is pretty more organised with a good air force just incase.

depends on what "style" of war existed.

if it was a guerilla war, possibly Pakistan,
If if was a conventional war, probably Israel,
if its was a nuclear war (as both sides have nuclear weapons, and various platforms to deliver them), then no one.

Except for a nuclear war the big winners will be American munitions suppliers as they suply both sides. After the cessation of hostilities the big loosers will be the rest of the world, as probably (almost certainly...as Israel can do no wrong) America would side with Israel, meaning that Pakistan would go away hurt and may even leave the so called "coaltion of the willing", and actively support organsiations that are opposed to Amercia nad Americas interests (as it is already alledged that the Pakistani secret Intelligence (ISI) does.

Israel would lose very quickly against Pakistan but I doubt such a conflict could ever happen under any circumstance.
It must be realised that Israel is a tiny country with a small population (mainly Russian Jews) and is only important and effective when fighting unarmed Palestinians with sophisticated USA supplied weapons systems against an adversary who only has rocks, a few Kalashnikov and petrol bombs.
Also consider:
In a straight fight with Syria, Israel could not win unless the USA gave Israel full manpower support this also applies to conflict with Iran.
Syria is very aware of this fact.
It is an amazing fact that most soldiers in the Israeli army are immigrants from Russian or of Russian descent and in most parts of Israel is a Russian majority and they have opened many pork farms and pork butchers as the Russians are all major consumers of pork meat in Israel.
As a Jewish friend of mine told me, "If Moses had turned right instead of going round and round for 40 years in the Middle East, we could have been living in Switzerland"

Where are they going to fight it for starters.

Are you suggesting that Pakistan would invade Israel, from where??

If you are saying that they would fight a war on foreign soil then neither would come out very well as both lack the logistics to send men and munitions outside of their respective spheres.

This question is quite irrelevant as neither country can reach the other. Thus they will never meet the other. Pakistan should ask itself how long before it self destructs from Islamic fundamentalism spreading like cancer through it's society. Just because Pakistan has nukes doesn't mean the enemy within won't destroy your country.
