Explain the importance of sampling systems and the need for representetive systems in analytical measurment ?

Quantitative methodologies... statistical analysis? How many pages allowed on here... there are books and books about it... try reading literature on the above... infinite (well almost!) sources available on line, at the library and in book shops

In quantitative research, your sample size needs to be indicative of the overall 'market' size you seek to represent. Once you have a clear idea of the size of the universe you are trying to represent and measure you will be able to work out the factors needed to be applied to your sample.
If qualitative then you need to ensure that all factors for instance demographic considerations, need to be indicative of the universe also in order to eliminate spikes in data that could result from anomalous pockets that have been factored up to represent the whole.
