I always wake up with a flat stomach and by about 11am I am really bloated - pregnant-style, and it hurts to hold my stomach in! I have always been like this, I remember thinking about how fat my stomach used to look when I was little (but only sometimes)... I am a tall "thin" size 12-14 and I look completely in proportion except for my stomach, which bloats all the time!
I eat porridge for brekkie (only just started eating it, made no difference to my appearance), salad for lunch and cooked meal for tea...
I wonder if Adios pills may help, I think someone said it could be water retention, but water retention tablets didn't help.

Cut out caffeine, fizzy drinks, wheat and dairy for a week and see if that makes any difference - if you feel bloated it is always something that your body can't digest properly!

It could be a build up of candida yeast or something similar. Try adding probiotics to your diet and consulting a nutritionist. Probiotics work by bombing your stomach with friendly bacteria to crowd out the unfriendly ones. Candida thrives on bread and sugary foods.
I do not think cutting down on food is the problem. Maybe you are eating something that is setting the problem off. Consult your doctor as food intolerances can lead to you being bamboozled into buying expensive supplements and treatments instead of looking at what could be a serious underlying condition.
A quick google suggested the following causes
* Overeating
* Lactose intolerance and other food intolerances
* Air swallowing (a nervous habit)
* Irritable bowel syndrome
* Partial bowel obstruction
* Constipation
Hope this helps

Adios pills are "diet pills" which you dont need at all, because you seem in proportion and not overweight.
I have the same problem with bloatedness, and this is due to IBS, MANY people have this syndrome and dont even know about it, but go to your doctor and he will be able to give you a test!
ALSO i think drinking 2 litres of water throughout the day REALLY helps with my bloatedness and stops water retention... try not to drink anything but only water all day and see if this helps, and eat at least 2-4 portions of fruit a day!!

I have the same problem. I went to one of those Chinese stores that you see everywhere and had an intolerance test. They take a cutting of your hair, and then send it away for testing.

About a week later they send you a list of the foods that you are intolerant to. My list was pretty big, but since I have been avoiding those foods, I don't get wind anymore and my IBS has vanished - you will also find that your energy level will go right up.

It is about thirty pounds, which might put some people off, but it is worth it being able to control your own body again.

Hope this was useful!

Sounds like an allergy - some health shops offer allergy testing which are non invasive. You may also need a probiotic supplement. You could experiement for ages cutting out certain foods etc so it is worth getting tested asap. Best of luck

See your Dr; all adios will do is help you lose weight from your purse. You might also find it helpful to eat more often - try eating something every few hours and drinking plenty of water (if you're not already).

Follow the 80/20 rule, which means eating clean 80 percent of times and indulging a little 20 percent almost daily.

Take time once a few days to plan out and shop for meals and snacks so you're prepared whenever hunger strikes.
