This wouldn't be the way to lose wt. Starving yourself by eating only 1x/day will only slow down your metabolism. So that when you do eat, you would burn it off more slowly. Exercise cardiovascularly (jogging, biking, stairmaster, swimming) every day. Eat mostly vegetables and whole grains and vegetarian protein for energy.

It is possible -- but it depends on things like whether you mean one HUGE meal a day or one SMALL meal a day. Also, if the meal is just salad and fruit, it is low in calories so you should lose weight, but if the one meal is chips and curry, with chocolate pudding and cream, you might gain weight.
Better to have three very small meals a day (low calorie food). If you've lost 2Kg after a week, you should be OK for 19th December.

First of all you haven't mentioned your current weight and your diet status. Have you ever tried to lose weight in past months and get successful? If you haven't then it is very easy for you to lose weight by exercising (I recommend walking about 5 km per hour about 1 hour each day) and be careful with what you eat. Don't eat rice,bread or wheat generally and make the portions very small. Drink more than 2 liters of water per day and do not consume any sugar. If you can lower your daily intake by 1000 calories a day and exercise about 800-1000 calories a day it makes 1800-2000 calories reduce on your daily intake. 20 days x 1800 = 36.000 calories and it is not wrong to say 1 kg of fat is about 7.000 calories. If you do the math that's about 5 kgs and you can reach it only if you can workout and eat in a very organized way. 1000 calories is about a night's meal subject to change with what you eat at dinner of course.

ya may be possible , if u eat healthy diet with jogging, exercises, yoga. Drink warm water with lemon in morning regularly
