No, it could be the kind thing to do. He knows your not right for each other and instead of just using someone he is breaking up to free them both up. So in answer to your question i would say
he has no romantic feeling ...and he is honest. good luck with your future romances!!

not neccesarily. Some people dump people they really care about and love just because of something that they think is wrong with themselves. Sometimes it can mean that but a lot of the time it means something else.

i have been dumped by my g/f and i think she does care for me alot but needs time to sort it out i am waiting to see what happens i can't let go yet if there is a chance if you can get on with your life but keep 20% for him if you don't then the love will go if you push him to hard

HELL NO!!!!
I almost dumped my girlfriend because I was trying to help her. We nvr knew what to say to each other. Even though I loved her very very much, I thought that it would be best if she found someone she could talk to.
Think about ur relationship and see if there are any problems. He might just be trying to help you.
However, it could be true as well....

no it doesnt all the time.... sometimes that is the case. because its not what they want but sometimes they are just confused. and dont know what they want.
