No, teeth are not made of bone. They rest inside your bone though.
Teeth are made up of 3 major parts. The inner most chamber is called the pulp chamber, or nerve of your tooth. The second is called dentin. This layer is made up of tiny "tubes". When you have a cavity and you begin to feel a sensation that means the bacteria has eaten away at the first layer of tooth called Enamel.
There are all sorts of ligaments also but I won't bore you with that.

no teeth are not bone, it's formed by two materials which called enamel and dentin, dentin form the layer covers the pulp of the tooth either the exposed area inside the mouth and the part of the tooth which inside the jaw and gingiva, enamel cover the dentin in the exposed portion of the tooth inside the mouth
