Yes they can, my girlfriend and I talk on the phone and since she moved to utah a few months back we have to pleasure each other...through the phone, one night, it happened.
She grew tired and I listened to her fall asleep, and she started talking to me in her sleep and she would respond to me, I decided to make it a little fun and all of the sudden she started screaming and moaning...she woke up 10 minutes later and laughed at me because I made her orgasm, she knows this because her uhhh....stuff....was running down her leg.
