Haven't a clue. Probably about as many as there are anywhere.
I say this because a surprising number of people I attended high school with are Christians, and I'm from a large city (Tacoma, WA). Many of them are highly educated, were in IB (equivalent to AP. Stands for International Baccalaureate), and come from upper middle-class families.

More than there are in the average california 5,000,000 per house subdivision, more than there is in the average subdivision elsewhere.
It's a place to live. nothing else. and regular working people live there. True there are soempoor people living in trailors,but also true the poorest people don't live in trailor parks but in ghettos of the north.

At least the generally lesser educated have an excuse, its the elite classes with all their opportunity which show the most ignorance in their blind faith of blatantly bigoted, seperatist religious beliefs..
