Yes. It doesn't really cry. It is make of a certain type of wood. In some churches years ago they used to leave it out in the cold before mass. Then bring it in and when it warmed up it would seem like it was crying. When the people saw this they would donate a lot of money to the church. It was one way they got money to build churches.

people may laugh and doubt this phenomena but there is good documented proof of this actually happening, and as nothing is impossible for God then why not?
it seems that this happens before or at times of grave happenings in the world like world war for example, and certainly when Christianity is under attack from the forces of evil,I.e Communism, Modernism and the like.
these weepings or warnings are not subject to Christian faith as they are only warnings to the world.
