Lots of questions. I'll do my best.
1) Yes.
2) I attend a Baptist church, but I'm not a member of the church.
3) Generally.
4) Maybe. I'm not sure.
5) Depends on why I'm missing church.
6) To serve God, and to grow in my relationship with Him.
7) Male.
8) Through Christ. I'm not really sure what you mean here.
9) Yes.
10) I try to.
11) I prefer The Message, but I use the KJV and the NIV for reference.
12) I don't know. I guess by showing love to everyone there, and by tithing whenever I can. We aren't tax exempt.

3. Yes, I'm there three times a week
4. I don't go if I'm sick and contagious
5. I don't like to miss it. It completes my week
6. Hebrews 10:24,25. Also, there is so much garbage going on in the world, it's refreshing to get a regular dose of "spiritual food".

8. Salvation is only by means of the ransom sacrifice of Jesus Christ.

11. Usually the New World Translation but I sometimes check it with one of the other translations I have in the house (I have about 8 different ones), especially if I have one of my bible students in mind and I know they use another translation.
12. Strangely worded question (no offense). I help the *building* by sharing in its clean-up and maintenance on a regular basis (we take turns) and as for the *people* at the Kingdom Hall, I help them by being a genuine friend to them and doing my best to live up to the identifying mark Jesus put before all Christians at John 13:35. There may be other practical ways that I can help them and I try to keep my eye open for such opportunities.
13. It is the glad tidings or good news found in the Bible books of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John.
14. Well, it's up to Jehovah to judge me but I feel assured that if I sincerely endure in faith to the end (Matthew 24:13), my reward will be on the earth in paradise.

9. When we do a ritual the High Priest hands out copies of the ritual to keep.
10. No, but I do review my book of shadows often and also try to read from my reading list daily.

12. I will be teaching a class this year, I usually take position as Summoner or at least Guardian of one of the elements.
13. Our faith is different, our only law is; "In it harm none, do as thou will"
14. No one is 100% sure but I firmly believe that after I leave this incarnation I will go to join the collective unconsciousness of the Universe.
