OR it may be the thought we are being taken on a experience, at our rate (a touch large rate) for what? A small benefit? Is China or India going to cut back their carbon emissions? nicely? So we injury our financial gadget for what? Jeez Dana, according to hazard you have taken some economics training at the same time as you have been in college. you have gotten found out something sensible and been a benefit to society.
