Speaking only for myself, I love it, but only if I'm into the girl. I'm too old to even bother screwing around w/ a girl that I'm not really into anyway, so my answer is always "yes".
That also ties into your second Q - directly, a girl's looks don't affect whether or not a guy's gonna "like" giving her oral, but, again, speaking for myself, what I like about it is seeing/making her go nuts, and I won't want to or care much about doing that if I'm not totally attracted to her, so in that regard, yeah, looks matter.

Sometimes guys like it. If there really into the girl. And not to be to nasty but it doesnt matter how good the girl looks. What matters is the condition of the,well the woman down below. I've never really asked any of my friends if they like to give it or not... but I've done it twice and I liked it because it pleased the girl I was with. I don't think it matters if the girl is "hot or not"...
