im currently on a cardio and weight training program too

Sorry, there is no simple answer in terms of a number of calories per day. Basically your body requires some calories each day to stay at constant weight. If you eat a bit less than this, you will start to lose weight. BUT.... your body will soon start to compensate by getting more efficient, so you will then need to eat even less. (This is why it is easiest to lose weight when you first begin a diet, but it then gets harder after a while).

The number of calories you need in a day will depend on how much exercise you do, how fit you are, how cold it is (we burn calories to keep warm).

So in practical terms the easiest thing to do is slowly reduce the number of calories you eat, until you are losing about 0.5Kg per week. Best things to cut down on are alcohol and fast foods (both high in calories).

Exercise is good for you. But unless you exercise hard for several hours a day, it won't affect your weight.

You ill just loose a little and then gain more so just be you and enjoy life.

but at same time exercise well
