Tell her that not many people her age have breasts anyway, and that she will eventually have real breasts. Also, tell her that surgery is risky, because it could get infected. And hello???? 30 year-old man taking 10-year old go on her first date? Something about that is not quite right. even if his intentions are good, a first date is meaningful and should be enjoyed with someone she likes, but she shouldn't even be dating this young. Don't let her grow up too fast. After all, she is not even a teenager!!! If it would really make her happy, try getting her a padded bra, and see what she thinks of it. But generally, surgery is out of the question. Too many risks, money, and not a good idea for someone so young. You couldn't even find a doctor who'd be willing to do the procedure, because they would know, she is too young. If this is even a serious question, definitely get her a padded bra instead. A better gift.

This is insane!!! I find it hard to believe that a 2 yr old would want implants....how the hell does a 2 yr old even know what implants are??? I think that if you and your husband are actually considering this then both of you should be charged with child abuse. I think this is completely unhealthy and all of you need to seek out a counselor.
To answer your question no, an 8 yr old should not have implants a doctor would be stupid if he actually agreed to put them in. And no even when your daughter is 10 she should still not have implants.
You, your husband and your daughter should all wait until your daughter is of legal age to make the decision for herself and then get it done. This is craziness!!!!

You probably would be screwed up to even think about giving breast implants to a growing 8 year old. Most children don't even know what they really want. Our job as parents is to guide our children through difficult periods in their lives, and to help them make smart decisions. I hope that you are the adult in this and not allowing a pre pubescent make life changing decisions.

You can't be serious. What do you think will happen when her real breasts start growing and push the implants out? The implants will probably break inside and threaten her life. If she wants implants, she should wait until her real breasts are finished growing, then decide if she still needs them or not.

Sounds like your daughter watches way too much tv. It is not okay for an 8 year old to get implants. You need to show her how to be a kid. She's trying to grow up too fast. Make her watch tv a lot less.

This cannot be a serious question. I think you should get counseling for your daughter, for your husband and for yourself.
Surgery can always lead to complications. I doubt that you would find a doctor to do it. Girls that young do not have breasts.
When your daughter is over 21, can pay herself, she can decide on her own to have breast implants. By then breasts may be out of style and she may no longer be interested.

Sounds like the tail is wagging the dog !!!!!! Who's the ADULT here??? In other words, are you freaking nuts or what? You may want to let your daughter GROW UP FIRST, and 10 isn't grown. Talk about NOT being a age appropriate gift. I think your husband needs counseling the sicko. Exactly what is your husbands objective??? Is he a pedifile or something?? You might instead try to teach your daughter to not be so self absorbed and pathetically superficial.

why in the world would you ask a question like that? i mean, someone needs to look into your parenting skills if you are even considering this... what your job is, as a mother, is to protect your child from the world, and you obviously aren't doing your job right if you are letting your daughter idolize such women as dolly parton, mariah carey and pam anderson! turn off the t.v. get that garbage out of the cd player and read a book to her. remember, there is no such thing as a stupid question... but there is such a thing as stupid people.

You really aren't serious are you???You should make her wait longer than she is 10, probably never. You need to wait to see what her body is going to develop into, and even if she isn't a double D cup, a child doesn't need to have implants.
