I am guessing that you have a tight calf muscle. You need to stretch it more to loosen it up a bit. Don't stretch until it aches. Just until you feel it. Hold the stretch for at least 20 seconds and repeat a few times.

I also have a similar problem. You probly merely could stretch extra effective. I cant particularly describe any solid strethes. yet whilst extra stretching does not help then it particularly is recommended to speculate in a "stick." it particularly is a gadget that has a team of little rollers on it and you roll it up and down your calves and it will help do away with the lactic acid on your calves or you should use it everywhere else that hurts jointly as you run.

you are not very flexible so if you continue your stretching program this aching pain should slowly go away as you find your muscles start lengthening. basically you have tight muscles
