i know there is God, but I don't care about heaven or hell. don't think about it. and forgiveness, of course i'm sorry for things I've done, but i don't need forgiveness, I can stand up and admit my wrong doings and serve my punishment, i don't need forgiveness

If you don't believe in God then God knows not what you feel or think. If you do believe in God then you can't not care about Heaven and forgiveness. Your question is self-mooting.

The least one can do to have a hope for salvation is to have belief on three things
1. One God
2. Day of Judgment
3. Heaven and Hell
But that is the least.

Do you not want to share in all that God has laid up for us in heaven? Do you not want to be with your loved ones tthat are saved?
