Can some some enlighten me about this product Meladerm??

Can some some enlighten me about this product Meladerm, can it reduce marks on face due to pimpes ?
Add says Meladerm is the most powerful skin product for dark skin spots, discolorations and hyperpigmentation.can it reduce dark marks on my face due to pimpes without any side effects??

My sister uses this. She had bad acne about a year ago and she got some medication from the doctor. But her face still had a lot of brown spots left over. the Meladerm has cleared it up quite a bit. She uses it very religiously every day for the past 3 months I think.
