I am an ectomoprh maybe a bit of mesomorph but i have a tummy around me and it really bothers me. I am trying to build muscles but i am worried that i would break my muscles down if i do cardio every alternate days.
I am 5"6 staying at 130 unable to break 130 mark any advice? I started taking protein and creatine

Make a duke once in a while. It should help out.

Eat less massive meals, and eat smaller ammounts, more often. Never eat within 4 hours before sleep.

I gained 25 lbs recently and it all ended up around the middlle. Probably because I have the bad habit of eating a digiornios in bed, rolling over and sleeping a few times a week.

if u do some sit ups each day it will start to go. but each day you do them go up by 5 and keep pushing urself to do more
