They use the toilets just like everyone else. There is no bar to the flight deck crew leaving the cockpit. Normally they coordinate opening the cockpit door with the cabin crew to be sure that there is no suspicious activity going on. Once the fligh deck crew member leaves the cockpit the door is locked immediately. Takes only a second or two to open the door, exit the cockpit, and close the door and lock it.

Pilots can leave the flight deck and depending on the length of the flight, there are extra crewmembers onboard.
They go to the toliets on the planes, just like you or I. You probably never see them because they use the closest toilets to the flight deck. That will usually be first class toilets or in the case of a 747-400, it's the upper deck business class toilets.

Sometime i see the pilot or the co-pilot or even the engineer walking to the back of the aircraft. So i think they can come out of the cockpit provided one has tro stay back. So this proof a point that they can. But of cause first class toilet is just infront which is the nearest to the cockpit.

Of course they are allowed to leave the flightdeck, yes there are locked regulations but the pilot can leave. There are two pilots you know... one can take over if the other needs a break.

I believe an officer can leave the flight deck if the other pilot goes on oxygen.

Pilots are allowed to leave the flight deck you know, they have a first officer who is just as trained as the captan who can watch things over. they just go in whatever lavatory is closest to them. so probably, the first class lavatories.

toilet inside cockpit? is that what yall talkin about...
correction: its british in US we call it restroom or bathroom
anyway: thats why they have auto pilot, if he pushes autopilot the plane will continue to maintain same altitude, same position, it wont navigate out of its course...
in other cases co-pilot takes over. in other cases if co-pilot at sleep and the pilot gotta go take a piss, he puts it on autopilot same when they are eating
