what is the best free p2p to use and why? i have tried limewire, frostwire and morpheus.

The best P2P client really depends on your computer and your connection speeds. That is why everyone will not agree on the same program. You just have to do trial and error untill you find what works the best for yourself.

For mp3's (single songs) especially recent songs - Limewire
For Games and Apps, Torrents and other stuff - Shareaza
For films and tv progs - Ares.
