Try charcoal. Available in most health food stores, activated charcoal is a detoxifier that contains an ingredient that helps prevent gas from forming,
You'll have to experiment whether to take it before meals or after. Don't use it for more than two weeks unless you're under medical supervision.

Drink lots of water. At least 8 large glasses a day at frequent intervals. 2 to 3 liters of water should be taken a day. It is good not only for gastritis, but for kidneys as well. It helped me.

Gastric problems can be avoided if you take easily digestible food frequently. That means you have to give very small time gap between the food intake. So dont allow your stomach nor too much loaded nor too much empty.Make sure that ur bowels are clear.Sleep sufficient. No tensions. It will help you.If you are not having bowels regularly--then take Kayam churna--an ayuvedic medicines--available in any shop.--at night time--after food.
