Although previous people correctly said that It depends on your family gene, it has also been observed in countries where the previous generation was poor because had been through wars etc that the new generation that had better diet was taller.

So, eat healthy food and loads of milk products, don't do heavy exercise on your muscles. Apart from these suggestions there is nothing else you can do..

Hi,

play basketball, increase the height of cycles seat to an extent that ur feet touch the padle very less, now do cycling everyday,
swimming also inreases height.

try to hang on a bar and also do pull ups.

Doing regular stretching exercise in morning or evening or at both the times.Also do some specific exercises in yoga like "tadaasana".Exercises in the morning helps a lot..and one more thing this height is hereditory kind of thing .Usually boys have a minimum height of theirs mothers and girls have the maximum heigth of their fathers.

first, you should consider your age. You can still increase your height if you're below 17 yrs. Eat foods rich in carbohydrates. Best example is margarine. and drink milk a lot!
