Yes! The endorphines released during exercise give a natural high. There are a number of studies out regarding the effects of exercise on mild depression. I know it works for me. More importantly, I feel it when I don't exercise.

ya, of course. But meditation gave u more relaxation then exercise. exercises gave freshness to u but meditation gave the relief of thoughts, keep mind fresh. so go with exercises & maditation both

yess but you have to do anaerobic exercises to relieve them like taking a slow walk or swimming or finding something that you enjoy because if it turns out you dont like it you could become frustrated
