As such there is nothing wrong in holding a girl's hand at any age. I am not concerned about your religion. But have a matured relationship with the girl. Hope this isnt anything like crush.
Have her in your plans for life. Also make her plan and dream life ahead with you. Improve each other's strengths and correct weaknesses.
Your age is very important to know. Because if you are dependent on your father, it will influence your relationship adverse.
Having girl 'friend' is against no religion. All religion treat boy and girl as equal. They are as intellectual as boys. If interpretation of your religion done by someone tells that GF is bad, it is not your religion's fault. It is the person interpreting the religion who is at fault.
May be your father thinks having GF menas sex. In traditionally, any relationship with female gender meant sex. But it is not correct. And I hope your love does not mean sex.
And besides stopping or preventing will not help. Better understanding needs to be developed in boys and girls and parents too !

Listen, dats a very old thing to say that having a gf is against the laws of a muslim. I m also a Muslim and also have a bf. And the fact dat you r telling to leave your religion for the girl whom you luv is very bad. Luv doesn't see Hindu, Muslim or Christian. It just happens. Let it be all right, hang out with the gal. If she doesnt have any problem about your religion and u dont have a problem about hers. Who cares.????

I can never understand a religion that represses natural innocent love! Then the 'Mullahs' urge people to kill other people because they are not of that religion! Of course leave Islam! wow this is tough if u like the girl there is not very much way of escaping your father if it was me i would change my religion then i woildnt be forced by the all the rules of my parents.

Do whatever feels right. Personally i'd go with the love if i were you. You can practice religions at all different levels. For example: I'm christian, I celebrate christmas and believe in god but i don't go to church. I don't think i'm a bad person. I just don't go to church.

Just do whatever you feel is right. Myself, i dont believe in any religion even though my family been forcing me to follow theirs but i make decision for myself not them. If you feel it's not right for you, you dont have to go through with it.......after all you only have maybe 80 years to live.
